Trademarks & brand identity

The Gold Vault Store name, wordmark, logo, taglines, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of Gold Vault Store. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as granting any license or right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

The use of Gold Vault Store trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply false endorsement, or disparage our brand is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

Third-party content

Certain content on our Platform is sourced from or owned by third parties, including but not limited to:

• Mint and refiner product images used under commercial license from the respective mints (e.g., The Royal Mint, Perth Mint, PAMP Suisse)
• Market data and spot price feeds licensed from financial data providers
• Stock photography licensed from commercial image libraries
• Software libraries and frameworks used under open-source or commercial licenses

Third-party content is identified where possible and is subject to the copyright terms of its respective owner. Our permission to display such content does not extend to you to copy, reproduce, or reuse it. Any use of third-party content must be cleared directly with the copyright holder.

User-submitted content

Where our Platform allows users to submit content — such as reviews, questions, or feedback — you retain ownership of any original content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Gold Vault Store a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute that content in any media, in connection with our Platform and business.

DMCA & copyright takedown requests

Gold Vault Store respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request.

A valid takedown notice must include the following:

Enforcement

Gold Vault Store takes copyright infringement seriously and actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Upon discovering unauthorized use of our content, we may:

• Issue a formal cease and desist notice demanding immediate removal of infringing content
• Pursue civil litigation for copyright infringement, seeking injunctive relief and damages
• Report the infringement to the relevant platform operators, hosting providers, and search engines for takedown
• Refer the matter to law enforcement authorities where criminal copyright infringement is suspected
• Seek recovery of legal costs and, where applicable, statutory damages
